Unauthorized usage of the WSEAS E-Library

We received emails that a new company misuses the WSEAS E-Library and send emails like this (*) We have not established such a collaboration with them. They do not have any relation with WSEAS and they harvest emails and names from the WSEAS E-Library. This is absolutely annoying and harms the nice academic climate. We hope that they will stop.... of 2006, so they achieved to be candidates in ISI Web of Knowledge (all the WSEAS Conferences & Books have already been indexed in ISI Web of Knowledge). Authors can upload their papers to the WSEAS Transactions regardless of whether they have attended a WSEAS conference or not. Also the WSEAS Transactions are the only open access journals in the world where the authors do not pay any kind of registration or publication fees or "donations" (the full PDF files of the papers are permanently available to everybody, without any restrictions, while the authors are not charged with any kind of fees). The Editors-in-Chief, being assisted by the members of the Editorial Boards, are the sole decision makers for the acceptance or not of the papers
